FIERCE WORKOUTS - Our Workouts are held indoors and outdoors. They are 20 -60 minutes in duration and will start with a warm-up and stretch. Each session will consist of a strength training phase, ( using good old' fashioned bodyweight exercises, weight training, as well as medicine balls power tubing, and plyometrics ). An Agility phase ( rope jumping, footwork drills, etc) as well as a cardiovascular conditioning phase ( consisting of calisthenics, jogging, sprints, Exercise Bikes and Rowers ).  The classes will close out with cool down/ stretching session.

Our workouts are done in Challenging time base intervals, in a circuit style. Moving from each exercise in a rapid ( yet safe ) fashion. Don't let the "Challenging" idea scare you! I will make you work hard, but at YOUR level....and your level only!

No two classes are ever the same!!

I believe that the proper variety and intensity is key for burning fat and building muscle. Regardless of you fitness level, Fierce Fitness can help you reach the level you want to obtain. You will be expected to work hard, but we all have our own limits, when you feel like you need to slow down...feel free to do so. I want to see dedication, not injuries!!
Kids age 12 and up are also welcomed!
